Yeovil Masons Ball 2025 Terms and Conditions

  1. All tables must be pre-booked and tickets paid for in advance of the event by individual guests or lead bookers.
  2. Full payment of £75.00 must be received to confirm booking.
  3. Tickets sold on a first come first served basis. Tickets will not be held without payment.
  4. Spaces are limited to 260.
  5. Details for all guests, including contact details and meal choices, must be provided when booking tickets
  6. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any change of contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the tickets
  7. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
  8. This event is suitable for guests aged 16+ only.
  9. The right to admission to the event is reserved by the promoter and event and may from time to time carry out security searches.
  10. No refreshments are to be brought onto premises. Ticket prices include provision of a three-course meal per person. Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from the bar.
  11. You agree that all funds raised from ticket sales and activities on the night (after costs) are given to Yeovil Hospital Charity in full.
  12. If, for reasons outside of our control, this event cannot go ahead it may be postponed or cancelled. Anyone who has purchased a ticket will be contacted as soon as this decision is made and notified of next steps, which may involve tickets being refunded or transferred to a later date.
  13. No refunds will be issued on cancellation unless under exceptional circumstances.
  14. Guests may transfer their ticket to a substituted guest if they are unable to attend. Please contact tickets@yeovilsecretball.co.uk at least two weeks prior to the event.
  15. The event organisation team shall not be liable for any injury or loss occurring as a result of attendance at the Ball
  16. We would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue for being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances.
  17. Fire Safety: all guests must familiarise themselves with the details of the fire action notices displayed around the building and note the location of the nearest exit. In the event of alarms sounding, guests must proceed to the designated assembly point.
  18. We hope you’ll share your pictures from your event with us on social media. By doing so you are agreeing we can share these and use for promotional purposes. You also agree that any official photographs taken can be used by the events teams for any promotional purposes.
  19. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.
